OUR MISSION

‘Friends of the Street’ are here where possible, for people of all races and religions and to help the disadvantaged by providing urgent assistance with basic needs, referrals and support whenever possible.

To build a trusting and friendly relationship with all cultures and assist in times of need.

To maintain strict confidentiality, utmost trust, responsibility and respect to all other members and those we assist and associate
with under the name of ‘Friends of the Street’ and it’s actions.

The ‘Friends of the Street’ are a collection of dedicated people that help battle the serious issues in our community.

The positions are unpaid and can be long and into the night. But what these people can do for others may be a life changing
experience for those in desperate need because they had somewhere to turn for help and understanding.

OUR FUTURE PLANS...
Premises providing support and to network with other services as needed, a TV Room, a small library, Tea and Coffee facilities, Art & Crafts, Storage for tinned foods, Clothing and bedding, Toiletry packs for men and women.
Computers for Internet Access. Secure lockers, and a seperate safe haven to deal with issues on the streets.

These services will be available 7 days a week including holidays, as the homeless and needy do not take holidays...
